目的 对成人心脏移植(heart transplant, HT)受者术后心理感受的质性研究进行系统评价。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、EBSCO、Scopus、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、ProQuest、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于HT受者术后心理感受的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年1月30日。由2名研究人员根据纳入与排除标准独立进行文献筛选、数据提取及方法学质量评价，最后采用汇集性整合方法对文献结果进行整合。结果 本研究最终纳入26篇文献，共纳入420例受者，提炼出108个结果，归纳形成9个类别，总结出3个整合结果，即HT术后的心理与情感问题、医疗与身体问题、社会与生活问题。结论 HT受者面临诸多难题。医护人员需提供专业心理支持，加强出院指导观测，制定个性化康复方案，借助人工智能助力患者主动健康管理。
Abstract：Objective To conduct a systematic review of qualitative studies on the psychological experiences of adult heart transplant(HT) recipients after surgery. Methods Qualitative studies on postoperative psychological experiences of heart transplant recipients were searched using computers in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, EBSCO,Scopus, Cochrane Library, CINAHL,ProQuest, CNKI,Wanfang, VIP,and the China Biomedical Literature Database, covering the period from database inception to January 2025. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and assessed methodological quality according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Finally, a meta-analysis method was used to integrate the results. Results This study ultimately included 26 articles with a total of 420 participants, extracted 108 results, summarized them into 9 categories, and concluded 3 integrated results: psychological and emotional problems after HT,medical and physical problems after HT,and social and life problems after HT. Conclusion HT recipients face numerous challenges. Healthcare professionals need to provide professional psychological support, strengthen discharge guidance and monitoring, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and leverage artificial intelligence to assist patients in proactive health management.
