目的检验中文版良心压力问卷(Stress of conscience questionnaire,SCQ)在我国护理人员中应用的效度和信度。方法采用经过翻译的中文版SCQ对220名注册护士进行评估,对测定结果进行效度和信度分析。结果问卷的内容效度和条目分析检验均符合要求,量表各条目得分与其所属维度得分均存在显著相关性(P<0.01);区分检验所得到的临界比值均大于3.0;结构效度方面,探索性因子分析,共提取了2个公因子,方差累计贡献率为55.181%;验证性因子分析显示,方程拟合度χ2/df为1.657、近似误差均方根为0.055,拟合优度指数为0.957。信度分析显示:良心压力问卷及其内在需求、外在需求及限制维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.828、0.718、0.783,折半系数为Pearson相关系数为r=0.724,Spearman相关系数为r=0.754,均达到显著水平(P<0.05)。结论在护理人员中的初步应用中具有较好的效度和信度,但仍然需要根据我国的文化特点进行修订,从而能够更好地应用在护理人员良心压力的相关研究中。
Abstract：Objective To test the applying reliability and validity of Chinese version of stress conscience questionnaire(SCQ)among nurses in China.Methods 220 registered nurses were assessed with the translated Chinese version of SCQ,and the validity and reliability of the results were analyzed.Result The content validity and item analysis of the questionnaire are all in compliance with the requirements.There is significant correlation between each item and its subscale(P<0.01).The critical ratios obtained by differentiating tests are all greater than 3.0.Two common factors which explained a cumulative variation of 55.181%,was extracted from exploratory factor analysis.The result the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model had a satisfactory goodness-of-fit(χ2/df=1.657),root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)was 0.055,Goodness of fit index(GFI)was 0.957.Reliability analysis showed that The Cronbach's a coefficients of the scale and internal demand and external demand/restrictions were 0.828,0.718,and 0.783 respectively.The split-half reliability coefficients were usually expressed by the Pearson correlation coefficient and the Spearman correlation coefficient.In the study,the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.724 and the Spearman correlation coefficient was 0.754,both of which had significant levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese version of SCQ was a reliable and valid tool to assess the stress of conscience among registered nurses,but it still needs to be revised according to the cultural of our country,so that it can be better used in the relevant research about the stress of conscience in nursing staff.
