目的 对简版护士关怀行为量表(caring behaviour inventory-16,CBI-16)进行汉化，并检验其在我国护士群体中的信效度。方法 严格按照Brislin翻译模型翻译原量表，经过跨文化调适与预调查，形成中文简版CBI-16测试版。于2023年5-7月，采用方便抽样法对安徽省3所三级甲等医院326名护士进行调查，评价量表的信效度。结果 中文简版CBI-16包括尊重与沟通、专业知识与技能2个维度共16个条目，累积方差贡献率为60.470%。总量表Cronbach′s α系数为0.918,各维度Cronbach′s α系数为0.839、0.921,量表重测信度为0.802。条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833～1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.969。结论 中文简版CBI-16具有良好的信效度，可作为评估我国护理人员关怀行为行之有效的测评工具。
Abstract：Objective To translate the caring behaviours inventory-16(CBI-16) into the Chinese version, and to test its reliability and validity in nurses in China. Methods The original scale was translated in strict accordance with the Brislin translation model, and the test version of the Chinese version of CBI-16 was formed after cross-cultural adaptation and pre-investigation. A total of 326 nurses from 3 tertiary hospitals in Anhui province were investigated by convenience sampling, and reliability and validity of the scale were tested from May to July 2023. Results The Chinese version of CBI-16 included of 16 items in 2 dimensions(Respect and communication, and professional knowledge and skills),and the rate of cumulative variance contribution was 60.470%. The Cronbach's α of the whole scale was 0.918,and Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension was 0.839 and 0.921. and the retest reliability of the scale was 0.802. The item-level content validity index of the scale was 0.833(1.000, and the scale-level content validity index of the scale was 0.969. Conclusions The Chinese version of CBI-16 has good reliability and validity, which can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the caring behavior of nurses in China.
