目的 全面系统地收集国内外用于评估老年人社会隔离的工具，分析并总结其开发过程、特点及应用情况。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science及Cochrane Library,检索时限为建库至2023年9月21日。提取社会隔离评估工具的相关内容并进行系统分析，采用范围综述的方法对检索结果进行规范化报告。结果 共纳入32篇符合标准的文献，涉及12个社会隔离评估工具。结论 老年人社会隔离评估工具种类较多，且多数工具的总体信度水平较高，然当前工具评估的内容尚不全面，未来应积极探索并开发适合我国国情的更为全面的评估工具，为洞悉老年人的社会隔离现况提供有效测量工具，以便及早实施干预措施减轻社会隔离所致的不良健康结局。
Abstract：Objective To comprehensively and systematically collect domestic and foreign tools used to assess social isolation of the elderly, analyze and summarize development process, characteristics, and applications.Methods The publications from CNKI, Wanfang data, VIP data, China Biology Medicine database(CBM), PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library were systematically searched, and the retrieval time was from the inception of databases to September 21,2023.The relevant contents of assessment tools for social isolation were extracted and systematically analyzed, and the search results were normally reported by the method of scoping review. Results A total of 32 publications meeting the standard were included and 12 assessment tools for social isolation were involved. Conclusion There are many kinds of assessment tools for social isolation of the elderly, and most of them have a high overall reliability level. However, the current assessment content of tools is not comprehensive. In the future, more comprehensive assessment tools suitable for our national conditions should be actively explored and developed, to provide effective measurement tools for understanding the current situation of social isolation of the elderly and to implement early interventions to reduce the adverse health outcomes of social isolation.
