目的 汉化汉密尔顿精神分裂症幻听问卷(the hamilton program for schizophrenia voices questionnaire, HPSVQ)并检验其信效度。方法 对问卷进行翻译、跨文化调试后，选取山东省某三甲精神专科医院精神分裂症住院患者221例进行调查以检验信效度。结果 中文版HPSVQ内容效度为1;探索性结构方程分析确定2个维度，χ2/df=1.792,RMSEA=0.062,SRMR=0.034,CFI=0.981,TLI=0.971,并具有良好的收敛效度和区别效度。问卷总Cronbach′s α系数为0.928,各维度间Cronbach′s α系数为0.886、0.927,重测信度为0.845。结论 中文版HPSVQ具有良好的信效度，可作为测量幻听的工具。
Abstract：Objective To translate the Hamilton program for schizophrenia voices questionnaire(HPSVQ) into Chinese, and to test its reliability and validity.Methods After the questionnaire was translated and cross-cultural semantic adaptation, 221 patients with schizophrenic in a grade A tertiary psychiatric hospital in Shandong province were selected to investigate so as to test its reliability and validity. Results The content validity index of the Chinese version of HPSVQ was 1;The exploratory structural equation modeling extracted 2 domains, χ2/df=1.792, RMSEA=0.062, SRMR=0.034, CFI=0.987, TLI=0.971, with good convergent validity and discriminant validity. The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.928, and the Cronbach's α coefficient of each dimension were 0.886,0.927, and the overall test-retest reliability was 0.845. Conclusion The Chinese version of HPSVQ shows sufficient reliability and validity, which can be used as a tool to measure auditory hallucinations.
