基于CiteSpace对护理专业学位硕士研究生教育的可视化分析

摘要:

目的 了解近10年国内外护理专业学位硕士(master of nursing specialist, MNS)研究生教育的研究热点及发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网和Web of Science于2013年7月1日-2023年7月1日发表的关于MNS研究生教育的相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R6软件进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献1 039篇,其中英文文献506篇、中文文献533篇。国外文献主要聚焦于高级护理实践教学的质量及高级护理实践的结果评价等方面,对临床能力和技能、临床实践效果等方面的研究将成为前沿趋势;国内研究聚焦于MNS培养模式的构建与应用,以及MNS教育的专科化,而高级护理实践教育的本土化、MNS临床实践能力教育的相关研究将成为前沿趋势。结论 我国MSN教育正处于高速发展阶段,相关培养模式还需进一步的实证研究,质量考核体系亟待进一步完善。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the domestic and foreign research hotspots and development trends of postgraduate education of master of nursing specialist(MNS)in the past ten years.Methods The relevant literatures about MNS postgraduate education published by China knowledge Network(CNKI) and Web of Science from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2023 were searched and visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software. Results A total of 1,039 literatures were included, with 506 English literatures and 533 Chinese literatures, and foreign literatures mainly focused on the quality of advanced nursing practice teaching and the result evaluation of advanced nursing practice, the research on clinical ability and skills and the effect of clinical application hadbecome a cutting-edge trend. Domestic research focusedon the construction and application of MNS training model, and the specialization of MNS education, meanwhile, the localization of advanced nursing practice education and related research on clinical practice ability education of MNS had become the frontier trend. Conclusion MSN education in China is in the stage of rapid development, and the relevant training model needs further empirical research, and the quality assessment system needs to be further improved.
