目的 构建“1+X”证书制度下高职护理专业老年护理课证融合教学大纲,并探讨其初步实施效果。方法 在前期文献分析、半结构访谈的基础上,通过德尔菲法,构建“高职老年护理课证融合”教学大纲,运用层次分析法确定各章节重难点分布。2023年9—12月通过便利抽样法选取我院2022级高职护理专业学生实施教学实践,将6个班中的3个班设为观察组,共129人;另外3个班作为对照组,共130人。采用课程成绩、课程满意度、对老年人的态度、人文关怀能力、老化相关知识等量表进行教学效果评价。结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.95和0.97,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.23和0.11(P<0.05)。最终形成的“高职老年护理课证融合教学大纲”包括8项一级条目,25项二级条目,37项三级条目。经过一学期的教学改革实施显示:2组学生课程成绩比较差异无统计学意义;(P>0.05)在对老年人态度、人文关怀能力及老化相关知识得分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组;观察组学生的课程满意度为100%,对照组为95.2%。结论 本研究构建的课证融合教学大纲具有较好的科学性和可靠性,有助于改善学生对老年人的态度、提高老化认知水平,可为未来老年护理行业人才培养提供参考。
Abstract:Objective To construct the integrated teaching syllabus for geriatric nursing courses in higher vocational nursing program under the "1+X" certificate system, and to explore the initial implementation effects. Methods Based on the previous findings in literature analysis and semi-structured interviews, through the Delphi method, a teaching syllabus for "Integration of Curriculum and Certification of Higher Vocational Gerontological Nursing" were constructed, and analytic hierarchy process method was used to determine the weights of the key points in each chapter. The teaching reform was carried out in the higher vocational nursing students of Grade 2022 of our Academy in September-December, 2023 by convenience sampling method, and 3 of the 6 classes were set as the observation group(129 people in total), and the other 3 classes were used as the control group(130 people in total), and its teaching effect was evaluated by the scales of course performance, course satisfaction, attitude towards the elderly, humanistic care ability, and aging related knowledge scales.Result The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 100%, the expert authority coefficients were 0.95 and 0.97, and the Kendall's coordination coefficients were 0.23 and 0.11, respectively(P<0.05). The final "Teaching syllabus for Integration of Curriculum and Certification of Higher Vocational Gerontological Nursing" included 8 first-level items, 25 second-level items, and 37 third-level items. After one semester of teaching reform implementation, There was no significant difference in course performance(P>0.05) the differences between the test and control groups of students in the attitude of the elderly, the humanistic care ability aging-related knowledge scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),The observation group was better than the control group.The course satisfaction rate of the students in the observation group was 100%, and that of the control group was 95.2%.Conclusion The constructed integration syllabus of curriculum and certificate is better scientific and reliable, which is helpful to improve students' attitude towards the elderly and enhance their cognitive level of aging, so as to provide a reference for the training of talents in the geriatric nursing industry in the future.
