目的调查社区老年人孤独感与社会隔离现状,并分析其影响因素。方法调查506名社区老年人的一般情况、日常生活能力、家庭关怀度与社会支持情况、孤独感程度和社会隔离的发生率,分析孤独感、社会隔离的影响因素。结果社区老年人处于低程度孤独感占81.2%,中度孤独感占14.1%,高程度孤独感占4.7%;社会隔离检出率占26.9%。回归分析显示,慢性病数量、日常生活能力、社会支持、家庭关怀度、居住方式与社会隔离是孤独感的影响因素;年龄、日常生活能力、社会支持、家庭关怀度及孤独感程度是社会隔离的影响因素。结论社区老年人的孤独感与社会隔离受多种因素影响,通过强化代际支持功能,鼓励家庭成员共同参与社会活动,建立多方社会支持体系,预防与减少老年人孤独感与社会隔离的发生。
Abstract：Objective To investigate the current situation of loneliness and social isolation of the elderly in the community and analyze its influencing factors. Methods The general condition, ability of daily life, family care and social support, loneliness and the incidence of social isolation of 506 elderly people in community were investigated, and the influencing factors of loneliness and social isolation were analyzed. Results The elderly in the community were in a low degree of loneliness(81.2%), moderate loneliness(14.1%), high loneliness(4.7%) and social isolation(26.9%). Regression analysis showed that the number of chronic diseases, ability of daily living, social support, family care, living style and social isolation were the influencing factors of loneliness. Age, ability of daily living, social support, family care and the degree of loneliness are the influencing factors of social isolation. Conclusion The loneliness and social isolation of the elderly in the community are affected by many factors. By strengthening the function of inter-generational support, encouraging family members to participate in social activities and establishing a multi-party social support system to prevent and reduce the occurrence of loneliness and social isolation of the elderly.
