目的探讨甘露醇外渗引起组织损伤的干预措施。方法给兔四肢脱毛备皮 ,局部消毒后每个肢体 (易观察处 )注射 2 0 %甘露醇 15ml,并对局部肿胀的范围作好标记。建立甘露醇渗漏模型。将 10只兔子随机分成 5组 ,A组用热水袋热敷 ,30min/次 ,2次 /d ;B组一次性注射 0 5 %利多卡因 5ml在肿胀组织周围 ;C组用“六味醇”中药湿敷 1h/次 ,2次 /d ;D组用未加温的 5 0 %硫酸镁湿敷 ,1h/次 ,2次 /d ;E组不干预。干预期间每天观察局部皮肤颜色及肿胀情况 ,并测量肿胀面积 ,第 5天取局部组织进行组织学观察。结论甘露醇外渗引起的组织损伤可首选中药湿敷和热敷法。

Objective To study the interventions methods for injured tissues caused by exosmotic Mannitol in rabbits. Method 10 New Zealand rabbits with injured tissues were randomly divided into 5 groups. group A with hot pack, 30 min per times, two times a day; group B with 0.5% lidocaine injection among swelling areas; group C with Chinese medicines hot pack, 1 h per time, two times a day; group D with 50% magnesium sulphate pack; group E as control group. The skin color, areas of swelling and local tissue were observed. Results The Chinese medicines hot pack and hot pack are better than that of magnesium sulphate and lidocaine injection; the tissue repairing in control group is the same as group D and B. Conclusion Patients who suffer from injured tissues caused by exosmotic mannitol can use either hot pack or Chinese medicines pack for tissue repairing.
