目的 编制健康素养临床快速评估工具，并对其进行信效度分析。方法 通过文献回顾、专家访谈形成自编的健康素养临床快速评估工具，应用该工具对300例住院患者进行调查，对测定结果进行信效度分析。结果 形成的健康素养临床快速评估工具共包括2个维度，6个条目。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.772,重测信度为0.902。量表的I-CVI为0.833～1.000,S-CVI/Ave为0.944。各条目得分与总分之间的相关系数为0.516～0.750(P<0.01)。探索性因子分析提取2个因子，累积方差贡献率为70.719%,各条目的因子载荷为0.600～0.958。采用中国公民健康素养调查问卷及汉化版最新重要指标(NVS)做校标关联效度，其与中国公民健康素养调查问卷得分的Pearson相关系数为0.872(P<0.01),与汉化版NVS得分的Pearson相关系数为0.911(P<0.01)。结论 健康素养临床快速评估工具有较好的信效度，可以作为临床医护人员评估患者健康素养水平的一种快速筛查工具。

Objective To develop a clinical rapid assessment tool for health literacy and analyze its reliability and validity. Methods A rapid screening tool for Clinical Health Literacy was formed through literature review and expert interviews. Three hundred inpatients were investigated by this tool, and the reliability and validity of the results were analyzed. Results The formed clinical rapid assessment tool for Health Literacy included 2 dimensions and 6 items. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.772, and the test-retest reliability was 0.902. The I-CVI of the scale was 0.833-1.000, and the S-CVI/Ave was 0.944. The correlation coefficients between the score of each item and the total score were 0.516-0.750(P<0.01). Exploratory factor analysis extracted 2 factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 70.719%, and the factor loading of each item was 0.600-0.958. The Chinese Citizens' Health Literacy Questionnaire and the Chinese version of Newest vital sign(NVS) were used as the criterion-related validity. Pearson correlation coefficient with the scores of Chinese Citizens' Health Literacy Questionnaire and the Chinese version of the NVS were 0.872(P<0.01) and 0.911(P<0.01),respectively. Conclusions The clinical rapid assessment tool for health literacy has good reliability and validity which can be used as a rapid screening tool for clinical medical staff to evaluate the level of patients' health literacy.
