患者指南是以患者关心的健康问题为中心，基于现有的最佳证据制订的适合患者的指南，其来源包括转化现有的指南和制订新指南2种。本研究团队在前期研究和系统文献分析的基础上，提出了复旦循证护理中心患者指南制订模式，分为4个阶段、12个步骤。本文旨在详细阐述患者指南制订的“传播与实施”阶段，以提高患者可及性和可读性为原则，通过多种途径、采取多种形式，促进患者指南的传播，识别障碍因素并制定促进患者指南实施的策略，以及随着证据的更新定期对患者指南进行更新，为未来启动患者指南制订提供指导。
Abstract：Patient versions of guidelines are centered around the health problems that patients are concerned about and a patient-friendly guidelines formulated developed based on the best available evidence. It is derived from both translating existing guidelines and developing new guidelines.Based on preliminary research and systematic literature analysis, the research team proposed a patient version of guideline development model of Fudan Center for Evidence-Based Nursing, which was divided into 4 phases and 12 steps. The purpose of this paper was to introduce the phase of ''dissemination and implementation'' for patient version of guidelines development, describe how to facilitate in a variety of ways and formats to promote disseminate the patient version of guidelines based on the principles of accessibility and readability, identify barriers and develop strategies to facilitate the guidelines implementation, as well as regularly update as evidence becomes available, in order to provide guidance for patient version of guidelines development in the future.
