目的 探讨养育未成年子女的育龄期乳腺癌患者对母亲角色真正的期望。方法 采用描述性现象学研究方法，通过目的抽样法，遵循最大化差异原则，于2024年11月—2025年1月对扬州市某三甲医院乳腺外科及门诊就诊的21例养育未成年子女的育龄期乳腺癌患者进行半结构式访谈，并使用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析访谈资料。结果 本研究共提炼出3个主题和9个亚主题：自珍自爱的期望，包括着重关注自身健康、坦然面对疾病、重拾生活自信；构建新型亲子关系的期望，包括子女成为治疗动力的源泉、重塑亲子相处模式、与子女坦诚沟通、与子女相互扶持；协助家庭复原的期望，包括承担家庭经济重任、维持家庭日常管理。结论 养育未成年子女的育龄期乳腺癌患者对自身母亲角色有着殷切的期望，医护群体和社会应重视该群体，为患者提供针对性地干预措施，帮助促进患者身心康复，协助患者履行角色职能，构建和谐家庭。
Abstract：Objective To explore the real expectations of the role of motherhood among reproductive-aged breast cancer patients raising minor children. Methods Using descriptive phenomenological research method, through purposive sampling, and following the principle of maximizing differences, semi-structured interviews were conducted from November 2024 to January 2025 with 21 child-rearing breast cancer patients of reproductive age visiting the breast surgery department and outpatient clinic of a tertiary hospital in Yangzhou. The interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results Three themes and nine sub-themes were extracted in this study: the expectation of cherishing and valuing oneself, including focusing on self-health, facing illness with composure, and regaining confidence in life; the expectation of establishing a new form of parent-child relationship, including children as a source of therapeutic motivation, reshaping the parent-child interaction patterns,, open communication with children, and mutual support between parents and children; the expectation of supporting family recovery, including shouldering the financial burden of the household and maintaining the day-to-day management of the household. Conclusions Reproductive-aged breast cancer patients raising underage children have strong expectations for their role as mothers. Healthcare providers and society should pay attention to this group, offering targeted interventions to help promote patients' physical and mental recovery, assist them in fulfilling their maternal roles, and build harmonious families.
