目的 对专科护士培训迁移行为的相关研究进行范围综述。方法 按照JBI更新的范围综述指南为本文框架,系统检索中国知网、万方数据、维普数据、中国生物医学数据库、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web of Science、Cochrane Library中有关专科护士培训迁移行为的研究,文献检索时间范围为建库至2024年12月1日。结果 最终纳入14篇文献,其中3项干预性研究、9项调查性研究,2项质性研究。专科护士培训迁移行为呈中等水平;用于评估专科护士培训迁移行为的工具共有5种;培训迁移行为的影响因素依据理论模型可分为3类;可助力提升其培训迁移行为的措施包括线上理论+线下实践、情景模拟、个案管理。结论 目前专科护士培训迁移行为水平为中等,且不同地区不同等级医院培训迁移现状不一;培训迁移影响因素包括个人、培训、组织3大类;提升培训迁移效果还需重点营造培训迁移氛围,管理者未来可通过分析影响因素的交叉作用机制,制定分层、个性化的管理方案,以提升专科护士培训迁移行为。
Abstract:Objective To conduct a scoping review of research on training transfer behaviour of specialist nurses.Methods In accordance with the scope review guidelines updated by JBI as the framework of this article, a systematic search of China Knowledge Network, Wanfang Data, Vip Data, and China Biomedical Literature Data、PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, Web of Science, Cochrane Library for studies related to the training transfer behaviour of specialist nurses.The search time limit was set from the date of the establishment of databases to December 1, 2024. Results A total of 14 papers were ultimately included, including 3 intervention studies, 9 survey studies, and 2 qualitative studies. The current training transfer behaviour of specialist nurses was moderate; there were 5 tools used to assess the training transfer behaviour of managers; the influencing factors of training transfer behavior can be divided into 3 categories according to the theoretical model; and measures that can help improve their training transfer behaviour included online theory+offline practice based, virtual teaching, and case management. Conclusion At present, the level of training transfer behaviour of specialist nurses is general, and the current status of training transfer varies between different levels of hospitals in different regions; the influencing factors of training migration include 3 categories: individual, training, and organization; it is necessary for the promotion of effectiveness of training transfer to focus on creating a training migration atmosphere, and managers can analyze the cross-interaction mechanism of influencing factors in the future, and develop hierarchical and personalized management plans in order to enhance the training transfer behaviour of specialist nurses.
