目的 确定人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus, HIV)感染者/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immune deficiency syndrome, AIDS)患者和HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴志愿者匹配变量的权重，构建HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持匹配机制。方法 依据健康的社会决定因素框架和人际环形模型2个理论，确定HIV感染者/AIDS患者和同伴志愿者匹配体系的14个匹配变量。于2022年4月—2023年4月运用便利抽样法在6个省市的7所艾滋病定点医院收集3 040份HIV感染者/AIDS患者数据，通过独立性权重法计算权重；于2023年4月运用目的抽样法在首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院选取19名三方利益人，即7名临床护理专家、6例HIV感染者/AIDS患者及6名同伴志愿者，通过优序图法计算变量权重。综合独立性权重法和优序图法结果得到最终权重，并以此构建HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持匹配机制。结果 得到HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴志愿者匹配体系14个匹配变量的综合权重，按照权重大小排序为：人际风格、感染途径、是否有合并症或并发症、兴趣爱好、CD4⁺T细胞计数、居住情况、职业类型、年龄、文化程度、性别、婚姻状况、服用抗病毒药物时长、确诊感染HIV时长、月收入。结论 HIV感染者/AIDS患者和同伴志愿者的精准匹配是促进同伴支持有效性和可持续性的重要机制，本研究提出的人际风格等变量是进行患者和志愿者精准匹配的变量依据，且确定了各变量的匹配权重，为临床开展HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持精准匹配研究、促进HIV感染者/AIDS患者同伴支持的有效性和可持续性提供了理论基础和实践依据。

Objective To determine the weights of peer volunteer matching variables for human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)-infected/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) patients and HIV infected/AIDS patients, and to construct a peer support matching mechanism for HIV infected/AIDS patients. Methods Based on two theories of the social determinants of health framework and the interpersonal ring model, 14 matching variables of the matching system between HIV-infected/AIDS patients and peer volunteers were identified.A total of 3,040 data from HIV infected/AIDS patients in 7 AIDS sentinel hospitals in 6 provinces and cities from April 2022 to April 2023 were collected by the convenience sampling method and calculated the weights through the independence weight method, and in April 2023, the purposive sampling method was used to select 19 triple stakeholders, including 7 clinical nursing experts, 6 HIV infected/AIDS patients, and 6 peer volunteers in Beijing You'an Hospital of Capital Medical University, and the weights of the variables were calculated by the precedence chart method. As a result, the final weights were synthesized to construct the combination of the independent weight method and the priority graph method, and a peer support matching mechanism for HIV infected/AIDS patients was constructed. Results The combined weights of 14 matching variables of the peer volunteer matching system for HIV infected/AIDS patients were obtained, and in order of weight, they were interpersonal style, route of infection, presence of comorbidities or complications, hobbies and interests, CD4⁺T-cell counts, residency, type of occupation, age, education, gender, marital status, length of time on antiretroviral medication, length of time of diagnosis of HIV infection, and monthly income. Conclusion Accurate matching of HIV infected/AIDS patients and peer volunteers is an important mechanism to promote the effectiveness and sustainability of peer support.It is proposed in this study that variables such as interpersonal style are the basis for accurate matching of patients and volunteers, and determines the matching weights of each variable, which provides a theoretical foundation and practical basis for carrying out clinic research on the accurate matching of peer support, and promoting the effectiveness and sustainability of peer support.
