目的 调查上海市某三级医院护士遭遇不文明行为的影响因素,并探讨其与职业幸福感间的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2024年1—2月上海市某三级医院护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士遭遇不文明行为量表(nursing incivility scale, NIS)、医务工作者职业幸福感量表进行调查。结果 本研究共发放问卷343份,回收有效问卷303份,有效回收率为88.34%。护士遭遇不文明行为总分为(160.44±28.57)分,护士职业幸福感量表总分为(65.32±15.06)分;相关分析结果显示,护士遭遇不文明行为与职业幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.503,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果表明,年龄、每周夜班次数、婚姻状况及职业幸福感是护士遭受不文明行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护士遭受不文明行为处于中等偏高水平,与职业幸福感呈负相关。建议医院及护理管理者在识别不文明行为的同时,应注重年轻护士及夜班护士的关怀和心理干预,采取多种措施减少医院护士遭遇不文明行为,多途径提升护士的职业幸福感。
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nurses' exposure to uncivil behavior and its correlation with occupational well-being. Methods By convenience sampling, the nurses from a tertiary hospital in Shanghai between January and February 2024 were selected as the research objects, and investigated by a self-designed general-information form, the nursing incivility scale(NIS), and the health-care workers' occupational well-being scale.Results A total of 343 questionnaires were distributed in this survey and 303 valid questionnaires were returned in this study, with a effective response rate of 88.33%. The mean total scores for uncivil behavior and occupational well-being in nurses was(160.44±28.57) points and(65.32±15.06) points, respectively. Correlation analysis showed a significant negative association between uncivil behavior and occupational well-being(r=-0.503, P<0.001). Multiple linear regression showed that age, number of night shifts per week, marital status, and level of occupational well-being were influential factors for nurses' exposure to uncivil behaviors(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses experience a moderate-to-high level of uncivil behavior, which is negatively associated with their occupational well-being. It is recommended that hospitals, and nursing managers identify uncivil behaviors while paying special attention to the care and psychological support of younger and night-shift nurses. Multifaceted measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of uncivil behaviors toward hospital nurses and to enhance their occupational well-being through multiple channels.
