目的 分析并界定护士道德韧性的概念。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普、PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、EMbase、Wiley等中英文数据库进行系统检索,检索时限为建库至2024年11月30日,采用Rodgers演化概念分析法进行分析。结果 共纳入47篇文献,归纳出护士道德韧性的定义属性包括个人正直、关系正直、适应力、自我调节、自我管理、道德效能;前置因素包括内部因素(工作年限、年龄、婚姻状况、自我效能感)和外部因素(教育培训水平、道德困境、价值观、工作满意度);后置影响包括同情疲劳、职业倦怠、工作嵌入、道德勇气等。结论 对护士道德韧性概念进行系统分析,有助于开发本土化的测评工具和实施针对性干预措施,以减少护士工作中的道德困境,增强其道德韧性,维护并提升护士的职业道德素养。
Abstract:Objective To analyze and define the concept of moral resilience in nurses. Methods Systematic retrieval were conducted in Chinese and English databases such as China Knowledge Network, Wanfang, China Biomedical Literature Service System, Vip, PubMed, CINAHL, Web of Science, EMbase, Wiley, with a timeframe of searching from the construction of the database to November 30,2024.The method of Rodgers' evolutionary conceptual analysis was used to analyze. Results A total of 47 papers were included and the defining attributes of moral resilience in nurses were summarized to include: Personal integrity, relational integrity, resilience, self-regulation, self-management, and moral efficacy; The antecedent factors included internal factors(tenure, age, marital status, and self-efficacy) and external factors(level of education and training, ethical dilemmas, values, and job satisfaction);The posterior influences encompassed compassion fatigue, job burnout, work embeddedness, and moral courage. Conclusion A systematic analysis of the concept of nurses' ethical resilience is helpful to develop localized assessment tools and implement targeted interventions so as to reduce the ethical dilemmas of nurses in their work, enhance their moral resilience, and maintain and improve the professional ethics of nurses.
