目的 编制眼科专科护理核心能力评价量表并检验其信效度。方法 基于文献查阅、半结构式访谈及小组讨论，初步拟定眼科专科护理核心能力评价量表条目池。通过专家函询及预调查，形成初始量表。于2023年2-3月，选取江西省10所三级甲等医院210名眼科护士进行调查，检验量表的信效度。结果 眼科专科护理核心能力评价量表共51个条目；探索性因子分析提取6个公因子，累计方差贡献率为77.380%;总量表水平内容效度指数为0.820,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.887～1.000;量表总的Cronbach'sɑ系数为0.982,折半信度为0.875,重测信度为0.980。结论 眼科专科护理核心能力评价量表具有较好的信效度，可作为临床眼科护理工作者以及眼科专科护士护理核心能力水平的测评工具。

Objective To develop the evaluation scale of core competence in ophthalmic nursing, and test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the literature review, semi-structured interview, and group discussion, the entry pool of the core competence evaluation scale for ophthalmic nursing was preliminarily developed. The initial scale was formed through expert letter consultation and pre-survey. A total of 210 ophthalmic nurses from 10 Class Ⅲ Grade A hospitals in Jiangxi province were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale. from and February to March 2023.Results There were 51 items in the evaluation scale of core competency of ophthalmology nursing.Six common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.380%. The content validity index of total table level was 0.820, and the content validity index of item level was from 0.887 to 1.000. The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.982, and the split-half reliability was 0.875, and the retest reliability was 0.980. Conclusion The evaluation scale of core competence of ophthalmic nursing has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an evaluation tool to evaluate the level of core competence of clinical ophthalmic nursing workers and ophthalmic nurses.
